Access to services
Appointments are available on a private, self-pay basis or through direct or indirect arrangements with eligible private insurers and funds. Reception can confirm which arrangements apply.
W&B Poliambulatori does not provide appointments under an agreement with Italy’s National Health Service (SSN).

Booking hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–20:00; Saturday 09:00–13:00.
Provide your full name and a contact telephone number. Clinical information will be collected by the operator or at the centre. Please do not send medical records through a general enquiry.
Reception can explain the services, professionals, arrangements, fees and waiting times. If you need assistance in English, ask when booking.
Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot attend, please telephone reception as early as possible. Cancelling promptly allows another patient to use the appointment.
Payment
The Italian booking information lists cash, debit or credit card, and a non-transferable bank cheque accompanied by valid identification. Ask reception to confirm the payment arrangements for your appointment.
